How come the city of Waverly didn't notify people who live in Waverly about the added Chlorine? I understand that they 'think' the added substance is safe...but for people who have health issues, they may want to not drink the water... also, how come people had to ' call in ' to get the city officials to speak up about this? They should have notified everyone when they started to do this... What are other people's thoughts on this?
